This is a very easy process:  just go to the site listed below, and fill in the field on their online form.  A typical earrings package will be approximately 8 ounces in weight.

UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE - Click on "A Package" when the window comes up. In the next window, use the pull down menu to choose your country; add the weight of:    0 lbs ... 8 ounces; click OK. "Small Packets - Airmail" is the best choice.

When you get the estimated shipping charge from the online form, add an additional $3 for insurance and the cost of the packaging. The total you receive is accurate for one pair or for multiple pairs, so essentially, if you order more than one pair, there are no additional shipping charges for the extra items!
